There is no need to contact the real estate section if you already have confirmed the correct amount with deed express within the current month.

Prior to wiring any funds, you must send an email or fax to [email protected] or (954) 357-5483 with the following information. Without this information we are unable to process your payment and it will be returned.

• Date you will be wiring the funds
• Amount being wired
• Name of bank wire will be coming from
• Primary bidder number
• Your contact information including a daytime phone number & email address
• Name of bidder for whom tax deeds are being applied for
