will be accepted through the close of the last batch.
** No changes to the bidders included in a Bidding Group will be allowed after
the Bidding Group Cutoff time. Changes on the Manage Bidders page after this
time will not be reflected in the certificate sale.
$ If not paid before, the full payment amount will be automatically debited
from the designated account at the Final Payment Deadline.
